Gmail filters can be used but but only if you want to forward all matching messages to Evernote. Also, filters do not work on existing messages.

Am the author of the script. I am the Google Script enthusiast and some of my work is also featured as case studies on the official Google Developers website.

It is mostly an issue with iOS devices - they are limiting the power output and hence most of the USB mics do not work anymore.

I wrote a little Google Script that will save all your Google Voicemails to Google Drive as MP3 files.

Possible. You need to alter the search query in the Google Script from filetype:jpg to filetype:pdf or something similar.

Tools -> Script Editor and change the search filter inside GmailApp.Search(). For frequency, go to Resource -> Triggers and choose a different time.

Author here. The Gmail menu may take 10-15 seconds to appear in the Google sheet.
