The worst off people are seriously gonna be the ones who got surgical Kardashian inspired cartoonified butts and the tattooed make-uppers. In a couple decades we’ll have a bunch of retiree aged people in crisis trying to cope with permanent body damage from this shit. It ‘s sad.

I am the exact opposite. I welcome our new spandex overlords with open arms.  My kingdom for an elastic waistband!

(I feel I should add I’m old enough to fart dust yet I have bright cyan blue hair with magenta at the root line. Don’t wear makeup much, except to occasionally fix up my eyebrows. Bc lazy.)

I just recently found a pair of dark-wash honest-to-god Levi’s without any rips or weird stretchy fabric and it fits and I almost cried.

I pulled on an older pair of skinny jeans today and I’m so mad because they have fake front pockets. I love leggings, I love tight skinny jeans/jeggings but for fucks sake give me real pockets on the front and back and they better be at least some percentage denim. American Eagle has improved recently but you

Yessss - jeans with too much stretch are the worst. By the end of the day, they have stretched out so much that they are saggy and you can just slide them off without undoing the button or zipper. Then you have to wash them after one wear to get them back to their normal size. I love leggings, but I want my leggings

It’s like Kabuki Feminity. It’s such hyper feminity it’s become a parody of feminity. I like extreme makeup - such as Bowie’s Aladdin Sane/Ziggy Stardust type looks - but these look as though they were done by people who either hate women or who have no idea what one looks like.

I hate jeans that are essentially leggings and it is so fucking frustrating to find good old-school denim these days.”

Jesus Christ, man, what’s next? You sound like we should actually get police officers to stop murdering unarmed citizens instead of just clamoring for football players to stand for the National Anthem! What kind of drugs are you takin’, boy? Don’t you realize this is America?

The point is not that Beadle is easy to replace, it’s that ANY of these sausage necks would be equally as easy to replace as Beadle, so they should just shut the fuck up and settle down about the “importance” of their “work.”

I don’t know, it seems like maybe the reason she gave for not watching football is a more important issue for the sports yakkers to address than the effect not watching has on a morning show? Maybe?

It’s hilarious how many of them, in their rush to lie about their guiltiness, end up implicating themselves and proving their ineptitude.

Also, if he’s financially inept and oblivious, he probably shouldn’t be in Congress, overseeing the nation’s finances. The party of personal responsibility strikes again.

How doth the little Congressman redo his dubious tale. And refer to the waters of the Euphrates, trying to avoid jail.

I enjoy how he claims that his family is broke and living paycheck-to-paycheck and rationalizes that’s the reason that a lot of these “necessary” expenditures were made. I even heard him say to a reporter that they are poor.

I read a biography of Nixon earlier this year and this line is essentially what was given. That is, the contemporary author mentioned to rumors, and that the press of the day wouldn’t go into ‘family matters’ like this, they way they would now.

I think we all learned during the various Brock Turner debacles that a man’s reputation is far more important than any woman he may have harmed. Even in the court system. I don’t know how to fix that.

The criminal justice system sucks for victims (and pretty much everyone caught up in it) to be sure. But even working at its best and with due regard for the concerns of victims, it is necessarily a slow process. It can’t necessarily afford victims relief on an expedited basis.

The basic reason is that it feels like we can get a response from employers and the internet, while the criminal justice system is a vast and unfeeling monolith that grinds everyone caught in its gears to dust without heed or care for public outcry.

Urban Meyer is a morally bankrupt piece of shit, as is the OSU administration, I think we can all agree on that. But what depresses me in these stories is why do we expect the internet and employers to pick up the slack for a justice system that clearly doesn’t care about protecting women? Instead of like, expecting
