@nick2ny: The fact that the engine stalled would result in an instant lack of power. A stall and a stalled engine are in fact separate things, but a stalled engine can quickly result in an aircraft stalling, especially when trying to climb with no power.

Ride with RSR's (based in Nurburgring) race driver during a race practice in a Renault R26R (stock minus tires). I wasn't expecting much from the car, but after riding in it, I was very impressed. I'll have to upload the video to youtube one of these days.
