I currently work for Gamestop and have those same problems with the COL system. But the solution at my store isn’t “lie and cheat to keep our numbers up” our solution is “be better salespeople” so we’ll still sell new games if that’s what people want, but we’ll also point out, that, “hey, this game is 5$ cheaper…
