I still kind of want a smaller phone. Of course, I kept my iPhone 4 for 3 years, so I might not be replacing my 5s for a while. Hopefully there will be something reasonably sized when that time comes.

I have been debating whether the Civic Tourer is a good thing or not.
Those annoy me to no end. What's the point? Even if you used to drive around Europe, it makes no sense to have a plate here.
I feel like batteries are always dead when I need them. If I could have only one of any type of tool, the only cordless one would be a drill. Mobility is so valuable for a drill, that cordless is actually worth it, but for most other tools I do not really care and just want reliability.
Came here for this. Does anyone not know the Civic?
My test in NY started out poor, but I pulled through well enough. My dad and I were waiting at the location, and the previous driver pulled up. This girl got out completely bawling. And then the test giver got out, and she was the surliest lady I have ever seen. The first stop sign we hit, I come to a complete stop,…
I feel like that is a lot of hood for a rear engine, RWD car. What's under there? It looks bigger than the current fortwo, but I guess I have never thought about what is under the hood in those cars either.
Well, on a large airliner now wouldn't a power failure cause you to lose the link to your control surfaces? I was under the impression that those big planes are all pretty much fly-by-wire. Great, my pilot can see, but he can't do anything.
I don't know if the current hardware would be able to support this kind of thing, but I remember having some really fun times on the Gamecube with Four Swords Adventures and Crystal Chronicles. Some more games with this kind of arrangement would be great. I guess they might not have been great sellers due to the need…
Upstate has traditionally been everything north of the speaker. I went to school in Troy (up near Albany). That is the first point at which people start calling themselves and everything above 'upstate'.
Beast Wars Megatron is suddenly much creepier.
Gratuitous exploitation, violence and killing of animals is immoral for the same reasons that we categorically oppose the same to human beings.
Spot on. I have been putting effort into riding my bike to work every day. If I can pull it off, I can buy myself an inefficient and impractical gasoline powered vehicle to have fun with. If I can't pull it off, I need something that can get me to and from work without a lot of waste.
That sounds like a typical reaction in this area. "Wait, my exit is now!? But I am driving in the far left lane for no reason, I might miss it and have to turn around! I had better cut the wheel hard and ignore all other drivers." I have seen that maneuver quite often since living in San Diego.
It doesn't take 10 seconds for a motorcycle that was shielded from view by another car to enter close proximity to my car. Note that I did not say I was surprised, nor did I say that I have hit a motorcycle or had problems in any way. People try to merge into other cars all the time down here, however, and I would…
Oh, people do it at freeway speeds all the time in Southern California. I don't ride motorcycles, but it scares the heck out of me when I am driving. I feel like I am always being put into a really easy position from which it accidentally kills someone...
The egg carton fire starters are great, but not nearly as awesome smelling as bacon candles. I also like to roll a strip of newspaper into a tight cylinder, tie a string around the middle, and dip it into molten wax for a bit. You pretty much get a little candle, you can toss a bunch of them into a pouch and they stay…
I have the omnipresent blue Civic. One day, my friend and I parted on the street and ran into my apartment (a block away) to get something. While we were gone, a large SUV parked between us and my car, blocking my view of it. Another blue Civic parked in front of that. The owner must have forgotten to lock it; as we…
Maybe I will have to try Daiya again. I do not remember it melting so well, but I have had a lot of people rave about it.
That is probably the opposite of a good test for lactose intolerance. The older cheeses are more likely to be smellier, and are also less likely to contain high amounts of lactose.
