@Clashwerk: I've been around here for a while now, and that is the first comment that made me heart someone. Good job.

@Bluecold: I ride fast in cities. A lot. I have only had one major accident in my life, and I am damn happy I had a helmet on.
@Bucky Rodgers (4:19 . . . close enough): Definitely. I got one with easy access in mind, but I found that I don't like it much on a bike. I do love it while walking (that easy access thing).
@pwheeler: I think you mean "...those are for people who like their spines."
@Bluecold: +1
I accidentally discovered this technique while photographing a bike race one time. I have had a hard time replicating it, as timing the zoom, focus, and movement of a fast cyclist is quite difficult.
Along the lines of "pretty" is "very". Not a bad word in itself, but vastly over used. It starts sounding weak when you here it often, and most sentences are just as good with it omitted.
I am about to finish a master's degree. Unfortunately, my institution has the expiration date printed in large text along the front of the card. The plus side is, they give all cards for 4 years, so I still have time to use it.
@jmeltzer: I wonder if all the trees in the list are on 24/7. That would make a huge difference on those numbers.
I like Express, but you need to shop their sales carefully. Those coupons are definitely better on smaller purchases. Of course, they send those out all year round, so there is not a lot of point to rushing out because you got one now.
Maybe I am wrong, but I kind fo assumed they needed a bunch of motion cap to get that right. And I assumed it would have to be Jeff Bridges doing the motion cap. If not, it is quite a bit more impressive.
My solution is DockbarX. It is a panel applet that gives you a nice dock-like launcher/window organizer. It is handy because you can then manipulate the rest of the panel to get exactly what you want (the Gnome panel is very versatile).
@Joshua Bardwell: I don't care what you say, velcro was totally worth the whole space program.
As much as there are appealing points to this idea, I would be worried about stability. Of course, like Chrome, they could set up a stable and unstable channel. I just hope they manage to organize it in a way that users don't notice.
@MayorBloomberg: Yes, but I was thinking of the ability to control my playback from the living room if my mac is in a different room.
I am constantly trying to convince people of this. We are not Google's customers, we are what Google sells to advertisers.
As an iPhone 3G user, I am not going to be experiencing this anytime soon. On the other hand, if I had an Airplay device could I stream from iTunes using the Remote app?
-Dropbox has probably been the single most life changing free application I have used in the past two years.
@kyre: Little update: It seems like maybe it was doing something after the update. Within an hour is was acting much faster.
@10:02am: I just installed on my 3G because of the rumors of improved performance. So far, performance seems worse... The settings app seems to crash while trying to load pretty often, and I don't see other speed improvements.
