About a year ago, this game was making press with another 4X/strategy game, both new IPs being described as potentially “the next Civ” or a “Civ killer” ... and I can’t for the life of me remember what that other game is. Does anybody know?

Oh man, this is fantastic news. Such an interesting, trippy game and I barely scratched the surface on the 360.

He mentioned DS4 analog stick drift a bunch of times- has that been an issue for people? This is the first I’m hearing of it, and I haven’t had issues with 4 of my DS4 controllers.

A Link to the Past! Oh, to step back into the shoes of 12-year old me and discover all those secrets again. I’m tearing up just thinking about that ending.

Definitely the Mass Effect trilogy for me. Exploring the galaxy and these new, unique planets, discovering new alien races, meeting friends and allies, and slowly discovering the mysterious threat of the Reapers. (Yes, even with the disappointing ending. That doesn’t negate the rest of the experience.)
