For me it is that it wasn't being released in any theatres in Australia.... the movie is being made available worldwide in this manner because they couldn't get it into theatres in every country the backers (like me) were from.

I am a little bit ashamed to admit I know this but recently (in the last couple of years) there were a whole bunch of where are they now type books (but proper stories, not like a where are they now interview show or anything) released for Sweet Valley High and as a throwback to my childhood I read them all....

I can't get on board with digital only... I watch every single extra available on DVD's and sometimes the extras available help to sway me on whether to add the DVD to my vast collection, the idea of not having extras doesn't appeal to me at all...
