Sure, but how many of us only know what the Ark of the Covenant is because it was in the movie?
You’ve gotta imagine in 1981 people heard Raiders of the lost Ark and thought, “Huh? An “Ark”? You mean like what Noah built?”

They both lost control of their dragons. Luke’s shot at Vhagar even if Luke didn’t issue the command, so Vhagar, old and cranky Vhagar, lost it and decided to go for the kill.
Both of them lost control of their dragons. When Arrax attacked Vhagar, you can hear both Lucerys and Aemond trying to get them back in control.
And when before Vhagar killed them you can hear Aemond trying to restrain Vhagar
Aemond is a bully but is not stupid. He didn’t want to kill Lucerys (at least in the show).…
I presume that in the moment Aemond just wanted to bully Luke on dragonback or toy with him a bit before forcing him to land so he could go for the eye in a good old fashioned bit of swordplay, but the dragon assumed it was all part of a hunt.
As much as it pains to me to remind you, Reynolds also played Deadpool in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Im curious as to what they will do with Lord Commander Westerling. He is such a minor character in Fire and Blood that he just dies of natural causes. But since he's played by an actor from Outlander I expect to see this role greatly expanded. I hope anyway, he's one of the few likable people.
I enjoyed this show, much more so than any other Marvel TV show - some episodes genuinely felt like a breath of fresh air, others felt like they were caving under the pressures of the Marvel machine. Like the article says, it rings hollow for the show to point out the flaws of Marvel’s output and yet have a lot of the…
Ned Stark looked up every recorded Baratheon/Lannister marriage recorded in history and noted that they always resulted in a black haired child except for Robert’s and Cersei’s children.
Feels like 2 Days in the Valley to me.
I enjoyed The Suicide Squad far more than I expected, and probably feel more positively about it given what a surprise it was. I was fully entertained, that’s for sure.
Pretty sure that was the Crab Feeder’s axe (was more of a maul as he used the hammer end to nail people to wood for his crab buddies), not his.
I think the recapper has this all wrong. There was one dragon at the end and it was ridden by Laenor (who is a Targ through his mom the Queen Who Never Was) and probably got an egg from her when he was a baby.
I have a feeling that Wong was lying there. That he didn’t literally abduct the Abomination, put him in a cage fight and then return him without Emil having any say in it.
I have to say, Wong’s explanation didn’t land for me; it might’ve worked better if their worked “fight” in the cage was Wong helping Emil retain control even while in the midst of physical activity.
Also, naming Fuckboi, Esq. Bukowski was as pointed a shot as anything in the media montage. Well done.
I literally turned 58 in July, and yes.
If it’s any consolation, I feel fine.
As always, well done. One of the things that will continue to confound me about this season and finale is that, when it came down to it nothing that Jimmy did was necessary. That band of idiots could have driven their explosive-laden van up to NASA at any time, so why go through the whole rigmarole with Jimmy,…
Writers just don’t like Shantel. They killed her off in The Boys and now this.
I think Titans mentioned that Alfred died between the first and third seasons. I want to say Dick spoke to him on the phone at some point, but Barbara later said her father was buried next to Alfred. Probably because of the DCEU/Pennyworth/The Batman/Joker.
