Christgau is one of the most idiotic "critics" of all time. He's like the exact *stereotype* of a snarky, dense journalist, trying too hard to make "clever" sounding quips, and saying nothing of any intellectual value.

So in other words you merely dislike what he has to say. That implies nothing about the quality of his writings.
