Nope! He wasn’t arresting him. He didn’t say “you’re under arrest” nor did he mirandize him. He was just an angry dude with no proof of being LEO, who left his own property to grab a “mouthy” kid and literally drag him back to his house. That dude was wrong on every level that there is.

This was an adult without proof that he was law enforcement dragging a 13yr old into his house. Those kids did absolutely the right thing! I hope my child’s friends would be so brave.

So you think that a child should go with anyone that says they’re a cop? At that point he should have let go of the boy he didn’t have the right to detain in the first place and called the local authorities.

They are protesting in Anaheim because APD decided not to arrest the grown man that manhandled a child and then shot into a crowd of middle schoolers.
