Drinking the night before is always a sure fire way to be motion sick the next day, but I actually find that a drink right before or during a flight can help me. Maybe it’s my inner alcoholic.

If your hands are covered with germs after washing them, you’re doing it wrong. You don’t need to use antibacterial soap and you don’t need to “scrub like a surgeon” to get clean hands.
