Germany has pretty much done everything one would want them to do in terms of dealing with their guilt in WW2. The country is deeply wracked with guilt about it, for the most part. Of course, there are bigots everywhere, but Germany is handling their history the right way.

I can tell you I’ve been a 14 year old girl and I was friends with 17 year old boys. 17 year old boys are not on a level with 14 year old girls, they are very much on the same level as 17 year old girls.
