...How is this confusing ?

Regardless what happened cops are trained to act calm regardless how citizens speak to them. You can bitch a cop out all you want, he still has to treat you in respectful manner. That's part of his job.

I don't think that's green you guys.

Hmmm, dunno if I have the stomach for that. I am an unashamed Miata fan boy. That will probably get me too fired up at work.

Lost a lot of respect for that man after that video

You know the Supra is still great stock.

How old was it when you got it? It seems like the springs in these tend to get really soft as they age. Stock it doesn't seem bad just judging by what I see at autoX in the stock categories from people who keep up with their maintenance. When someone shows up with one that they bought for $2k on craigslist and

Great is a relative term. Not a big fan of having to rebuild an engine every few years. Hence, LS swap.

LS V-8s are incredibly simple to maintain, very reliable, and make lots of power. The Wankel in the FD eats apex seals every few years. You have to pull and re-build the engine all the time.

jalopnik should do a question of the day on what makes an engine swap acceptable and what makes them not.

I do see what you're getting at, but the sum of their mod specs are quite far from stock...

The S197s are pretty good stock. They're STAGGERINGLY better modified, but let's be honest, you shouldn't be painting the Boss 302 and a Fox GT with the same brush.

Ditto, the point was to find a car that sucks in stock form!

You are wrong. 2005+ were great by any measure other than exterior space to interior space ratio. Of those, maybe the styling sucked 2005-2010. Other than that, they went, stopped, and turned very well. Only magazines writers and the underexposed complained about the rear axle.

This. GM basically built it broken so you'd be forced to fix it.

What the hell are you talking about? They're good stock, they're great modified.

I like Mustangs, but you can pretty much say that about all of them, not just Fox bodies.

I think he was concerned cornering one would incite the aggression of the others, which was probably an accurate assessment they way these guys were rolling.

I just came to and realized I'd been staring at that gif for 90 seconds.

Dear Squids,
