I feel like you’re being critical of the article, and I’m not entirely sure why. Even if it’s been around for decades, it still seems relevant to post here. I’ve never before thought of backwards/set-back scheduling, but I’m not a program manager. For me, and I’m sure other readers, this was helpful.
