Tom Cruise
He seems like a really enthusiastic guy. He would get me off the sofa, help revive flagging parties with a few well-timed whoops of delight, and generally be totally awesome to hang around with. We could go motorbiking on sand dunes together and do some rock climbing. He has lots of other famous friends, so…

Loved Menace II Society and Dead Presidents
He will be missed.

Re: film funding, I suspect this article gets pretty close to the truth.

Slacker… I can take it or leave it. But Dazed and Confused and School of Rock earn Linklater his life time pass.

I preferred Peter Jackson when he was fat
That's all I have to say on the matter.

East Sussex is the shiznitz. Word.

Lord Marbury = a bit silly
I'm no expert on US politics, so West Wing might handle the homegrown characters realistically, but Jesus, the foreigners in this show are painted with pretty broad brushstrokes. I was half expecting Lord Marbury to ride off on a camel with an Indian man servant in tow.

McNamara was great in Fog of War
Has he done anything else? It's not very clear on IMDB

No I Hate Valentine's Day?
And it sounded so good.
