Also, for a lot of people what outside matters more then for what’s on inside and they hide it well. I think that was one of the points for Celeste, until she realized there is no return to normal life even if she moves out.

If anything, I think the money added different complexities. Even her therapist brought up that Perry has money for the best lawyers, which made the possibility for her losing custody of her kids even greater.

I think that is kinda what’s been lost on some who think this show was just about rich women with rich people issues. Abuse is abuse and abusers follow a classic pattern most times. Her leaving might have been easier financially, but that money sure as hell didn’t make it any less dangerous.

That ending was masterful and poignant and conveyed so much with zero dialogue. When the women left the men behind and stopped allowing the men to dictate how they should feel, all the competitive nastiness evaporated and they realized they were all on the same side.

I thought, FOR SURE, Perry was going to go Celeste’s new apartment and kill her. I’m shocked she didn’t die, also.

Iunno. I think getting the shit beat out of you on a regularly basis is a pretty big “problem.”

Regardless of how you feel about celebrities this is awful. Being famous doesn’t mean these people don’t have valid feelings of violation and whatever else. I’m so sick of people saying things like “she has tons of money, she’ll be fine” or “she posts half-nude photos on Instagram all the time so this isn’t that

With the state of the world rn, I need this pettiness and silliness. Thank you, Bravo and thank you, Andy Cohen.

Finally! God, I love NY housewives.

Here is the list of makeup I wear:

Seriously? She is having someone glue individual eyebrows on her and you consider that nothing? I have no idea if she has amazing skin because that is way more than I have ever spent or had done on my face in my entire life. (Also, that “mattifier” is foundation with a fancy name, cone the fuck on).

But she’s not deliberately NOT wearing make up. She deliberately PRETENDING not to wear make up while she’s actually wearing make up to bring into focus the unrealistic expectations being placed on a woman’s appearance while creating another level of the already existing deception by trying to pass off a face with

I kind of don’t care, but I do think it’s frustrating for someone to make a huge deal out of not wearing any make-up but then wear “some” anyway. Why the “some”? And why not just say you are wearing some? Because if the point is to encourage ladies to feel comfortable being make-up free, and you aren’t comfortable

It’s true, but it’s also true that she said she stopped wearing makeup because of the unrealistic expectations for appearance that women face, so wearing makeup and pretending you aren’t wearing makeup is just as bad as photoshop and crazy contouring in terms of setting up unreasonable expectations for how women

Are you kidding? I would ONLY let someone named “Wee Wee” stick something in my butt.

How many cubic liters of farts do you think that couch holds right now?

Now I can fuck around at work.

EXACTLY. Thank you. We are not required to consume this garbage - not yet anyway.
