When are these rolling out?

I always thought it seemed silly that they needed machines to taxi them around and to use the jet engines when on the ground when the wheels were on the ground. I wonder what the increased cost of lugging around the engines comes to be.

My vote for COTD.

Less time using the main engines when taxiing or just idling...less pollution...sounds like a win to me.
