As a queer latino I find that the causes I fight for are often both sides of the same coin. Me being queer often amplifies my discrimination as a latino and vice versa.

I think it’s really interesting how shows targeting teens seem to be so much more into normalising LGBTQ characters than other shows. Like I feel like when I was a teen, that wasn’t really a thing.

That’s the part that still remains so under wraps, especially with so many queer actors staying in the closet. As a Midwestern person it’s so odd to me that my perception of Hollywood (VERY queer and accepting) is apparently quite the opposite in many ways.

The reverse is weirder to me. Like in Modern Family - homosexual couple, one is played by a straight guy (and is the one who acts more flamboyant and exaggerated - for sitcom of course.)

Why is no one talking about the fact that Hillary accepted the debate questions in advance? The focus on Brazile’s feeding the questions to HRC does not obscure Clinton’s complicity.

Obviously. But an email is infinitely easier to leak than a phone call. Because if someone’s recording your phone calls you already have a massive problem, but an email is stored on multiple locations the second it’s sent and even deleting it doesn’t get rid of it.

The DNC is really doing everything it can to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
