The section about the deleted scenes is confusing to me. The scenes with the mother informing her son of his dead henchmen father and Rob Lowe at the bachelor party were in every version of the film I ever saw, including the theatrical version. Maybe it was just outside the US.

Dexter just ditching his kid and girlfriend and not looking back was entirely true to character though.

I always thought a TV show based on Punisher Max would be the best showcase for the character, so I'm not fussed.
