I have an outstanding $35 ticket in Philadelphia, which has probably doubled or tripled by now. I refuse to pay it. Occasionally I’ll get a notice in the mail about it. I live in a state that treats parking tickets right up there with people who rip tags off of mattresses. Philadelphia can go fuck themselves.
