I’ve been a regular Deadspin reader for a decade and never commented. But I this is the first time I’ve ever felt a pro sport was rigged even though I know it is obviously not rigged. So this long comment.

A young person who is passionate about something he remembers fondly from his youth and is willing to stand up in front of a local government with a message of hope and unity is a symptom of everything that’s wrong with this country?

These segments were so much better before they brought in celebrity guests. I want to watch Conan argue with a nerd over the stupid elements in a game he doesn’t understand. They’re still watchable, but man, those old segments were great.

I miss the days when “Extreme Vetting” was just a TLC show about animal doctors who performed tricky surgeries on exotic creatures.
