I had to deal with some of these fuckers when they came to my campus on Wednesday, showing off pictures of dead fetuses. They screamed at me, and came uncomfortably close. They also told me my parent's interracial and interfaith marriage was going to go to hell. And that I dishonored them for being gay. So I made a

Lots of women say they suck at things as a means of either being charming or as a way of making others feel at ease about themselves. I used to say it frequently, even though I never meant it most of the time, when I wanted others to feel better. Example: "Oh Nice Person, you made a mistake? Don't worry about it, I

I'm not going to pretend I'm happy for you, moving on to bigger and better. It makes sense, and you're worth the success, but right now, I'm just thinking about what this site will be missing.

I have tears in my eyes and I don't know what to say. Thank you for teaching me that I can say what the fuck is exactly on my mind. Thank you for standing up for every woman who has ever been run off the Internet. Thank you for showing me how to give exactly zero fucks, no matter what hateful, hurtful things they try

I'm fartbroken over your departure. As a fat woman in comedy, you have inspired me in ways I could never even begin to explain. Just reading your articles made me feel slightly less alone in the world. And as I started on my long, challenging road to body acceptance I had your amazing fucking attitude to aspire to.

Fine. I'll buy your book.

If he's so superior and rich and hot and she's such an ugly fat bitch, why did he even message her in the first place? I mean... come on, man.

Funny how the politically incorrect, edgy, and unapologetic jokes always target the same people who are marginalized in society—gay, POC, fat, disabled, mentally ill, etc. She reminds me of those women brag that they have no women friends.

I held it together pretty well. I pulled the snaps on some miserable little twat who was rolling her eyes and doing the theatrical heavy sighs because we were taking to long receiving the line of visitors (ok, it was out the door and onto the street but I can't help that.)

HA! This is my husband. Every single time it's like, "Oh my god, is this happening?!" face. And then he scrunches his whole face up really tight, which makes me laugh.

I just don't know how to feel about Joan Rivers. A trailblazer? Sure. But she also made a career over saying heinous jokes about other people, particularly women. Yeah, she made jokes at her own expense and was apparently a very nice person in private, but I don't respect that a whole lot.

My Dad passed on early Saturday morning. He likely helped her out of the car and up to whatever gate they go through.

This is almost as awkward as when Antz and A Bug's Life came out at the same time. Sorry, J Lo. Nicki is Disney and Iggy is Dreamworks.

And it's Gervais's writing (and perhaps more significantly, I'm beginning to suspect, Stephen Merchant's) that positions us, the audience, in her corner.

WARNING: This is an angry rant!

What I'm so tired of is when a person or group of people spouts racist, fatphobic, misogynistic, transphobic or homophobic crap like they're being SUBVERSIVE and EDGY because they think it's fucking cool or something.

No. You're just like 90% of the rest of the world. You're a tired old

I loved, LOVED "The Office." I loved Ricky Gervais's humor. But he has revealed himself to be a complete, unrepentant tool, and I can't get past that. Luckily, he's not everywhere here like he is in the UK, and it's easy to avoid his bullshit. I want to make a joke about how he's probably just hungry and taking it out

Louis C.K. has his moments where I've disagreed with him but I've given him major points for acknowledging that he has white (male) privilege. Not many comics will acknowledge that let alone bring it up in their routines.

I gave up on Ricky Gervais after the mong incident, it's incredibly disingenuous to say that you can divorce a word from all previous connotations and make it mean just what you want it to mean. The reason words exist is because their meanings are understood by those who use them.
