The lesson from all those movies is that you should never get involved with Michael Douglas.

In a confusing twist, he makes his own sun tea.
Stop watching Falling Skies. What is wrong with you?
UGH I hate WW2 stuff. It's often a good excuse to produce a film/TV show with no female characters. I'll consider watching The Saboteurs, but it's low on my list.
What about Call the Midwife and Rome? I think both have really great "here's what it was like then" aspects. Though Rome is much stronger in its 1st season than its 2nd season.
Vikings is worth the time. I've never before seen a show that manages to translate not just the costuming/customs of a time period, but also the mindset. The world is imbued with such mysticism, the sea is unchartable, and yet the Vikings throw such adventure into exploring an alien land.
Reign was awful. OMG, was it bad. I couldn't make it past the episode where for some reason The Dauphin decides to give up his place in the French succession. It's not just ahistorical, it's unbelievably irrational.
Soooo much action, and all of it somewhat-written-well, and an original take on tired, post-apocalyptic tropes. I loved the last few episodes of The 100.
They have Justified up there. I don't know if they've updated the list since you posted.
Pimento was great for pulling together all the storylines of the season (how Mike gets connected with the ABQ underground world, how figures out that he'll never be accepted by his brother). It's also just good fun. Five-O, by contrast, concentrates so hard on Mike that it doesn't strike me as the "best" episode of…
Eh. It's never really that great. It has some excellent scene-chewing by D'Onofrio, and well-shot action sequences, but it's a largely forgettable series.
Lawsuits are rough, I totally get that. I'm just surprised she went through all of the trouble to start the case and then didn't even get to the discovery stage.
RIGHT?
He has said the following things:
“Laziness is a trait in blacks.”
He still has lots of money and will undoubtedly secure a series on Fox or Fox News.
But, like, he was saying this stuff in the public on TV as a major figure on their network.
Hey, hey, hey. This is no time to be throwing around "ginger" discrimination.
I see your point there. I'm not really in to any of the male leads from that movie, but it's true that there was more interest in the male physique than you see in many movies. However, I don't know if I'd call that the "female gaze," as much as I'd call it "objectifying men." Mostly because it didn't feel like it…
See, the movie felt to me like it was SUPPOSED to be from a female eye, but then it fell flat.
Well, also, he died. If he'd lived, who knows…
