Very common on Asian cars from the 90s, on brake and clutch pedal switches. I repaced a bunch of them on Kia's working at the Kia dealership. The stopper isn't there to cover the hole, the hole is there to hold the stopper. I never got a straight answer back then either, pretty sure it was for noise or wear, or both.

Agree, plus historically Corvette generations tend to be much longer. Hard to believe they would cut this one so short, especially since it has been so successful.

I'm curious what the Mopar exhaust looks on the 500 Abarth, since the stock exhaust is just cat and straight pipe.

Should have called it the Los Santos, or the Granger.

I’ve been thinking that for a while, possibly a halo Caddy, the Zora for Chevy, and keep building the C7 as well. Just seems very early for a next gen Vette, especially as good as the C7 is.

Imagine if WWF or monster trucks were also in town that week.

The rental insurance would, if you purchased it. Unless your friend was moving it across the street when it happened , in which case your screwed.

You miss the same point he does, he doesnt get a say in workers unionization. That is entirely up to them, they don’t need his permission. The tech was just far off enough they could beat the legacy manufacturers

That's a ricochet from the beam John Kerry fired from Antartica to split Hurricane Lane.

OTA update, 1969 version, long before Elon was a twinkle in his father’s eye.

I think Teslas are designed for techies, instead of car nuts. That crowd seems to like this sort of nonsense, as a car guy I do not.

You must have missed the part of the article that said nobody in Germany does this either. Pretty sure it was the whole second half. Drivers everywhere suck, they just suck in different ways depending on region.

Typical of both Germany, and German car lovers. German therefore brilliant, a hot mess that absolutely does not work, but still its German, so brilliant.

Hate Ford, but $1,500 for a clean 4x4 is nice price no matter what badge it wears.  Cheap off roaders are the most fun since you dont have to worry about breaking them.

Why is Stef gone, yet this hipster hack is still here?

90% of the people with this probably think it came that way from the factory. They would probably be upset to learn the dealer charged them a couple hundred for $5 in tape and $5 labor.
