Are you really that dumb? The rider was legally traveling in a lane below the speed limit. The beige car entered the lane without making sure it was clear. If you’re changing from a slow lane to a quicker one, you need to check more than your blind spot.

The car changed 2 lanes without looking. I do not care what speed the motorcycle was going in the open the lane. The fact is the car is the one at fault. If you actually think that lane change was safe then you should probably have your license taken away.

It’s not a legitimate lane change if the person in the lane you’re changing into has to brake to avoid an accident. The lane change wasn’t safe for the dashcam car, and it could’ve been fatal for the biker.

Pulling out in front of people like that isn’t making a legitimate lane change though. Even if the bike wasn’t there, the vehicle with the camera would have had to take evasive action in order not to hit them.
