This will go down as one (if not the top) of the biggest fuck-ups certainly in motorcycle racing history but maybe in all of motorsports.

It’s so frustrating seeing so many people in the comments saying this is a bad idea. These kinds of technologies are proven to reduce accidents in cars. I would love it if my bike helped me panic brake when someone turns left in front of me.

1st Gear.

This is so astoundingly stupid that it boggles the mind, which pretty much means it’s business as usual at Harley-Davidson.

Based on my Vehicle Dynamics classes, it probably makes more of a difference than you think.

Maybe dig before you write a story.

Yeah this is nuts.

Despite NYPD’s claims, the videos posted of the event show no bottles or rocks being thrown as these men snatched up the protester and hustled her into an unmarked minivan, though clearly marked cops on Trek-brand bikes can be seen maintaining a perimeter around the kidnapping

The remaining 36 were unclear, especially when drivers fear for their lives due more to racism than any real risk to their safety. Even when the case seems pretty clear cut, charges might not be forth coming, like this ramming attack in New York which resulted in a protester being dragged for a block, but no charges

Wrong.  They’ve only been dying since about 2008.  In early 2000's there was a freakin’ waitlist to buy a Harley.

Ultimately I just don’t see a path forward for Harley. The seem to have a tech problem, they seem to have an image problem, they seem to have a demographic problem, they seem to have a dealership elitist problem, and they certainly have leadership problems.

What can they do to fix themselves without metaphorically

VP of Finance getting fired:

I try not to nit-pick, but what exactly is a diversity “ritual?”

There are a million other better bikes you can have for this price, so why would you buy this Harley Sportster powered abomination? Even by Eric Buell standards this thing is pretty terrible. It’s 23 years old, verging on antique, and its only saving grace is it’s weird enough to be collectable. (None of the

Interesting that this bike is currently pulling in an easy NP victory, but with nothing but negative comments here.

Overweight & underpowered. Goofy ergonomics & worse aesthetics. Not sporty enough to sportbike and not Harley enough to cruise. A used helmet, especially one that almost certainly hit its expiration date a decade ago?

Doubling down on being wrong just makes you twice as wrong.
