@Odin: Agreed, I have a coworker that just got a Droid Incredible instead of waiting for the new iPhone and she was disappointed it didn't function like her iPod Touch.

Giving away? A lot of the "free" apps have ads on them. Most of the ones I've come across are unobtrusive.

@dtptampa: Agreed, although I finally upgraded to a Vibrant on launch day. Sweet phone, but show T-Mo some more love. Those MT3Gs are no bueno for me.

@Arggh! there goes a...snake a snake!: From what I read, there are still ads with Hulu Plus. Hulu has been giving you the option of watching several short ads or one long ad in the beginning.

That's a lot of Family Guy episodes. I got a Hulu Plus invite, but haven't tried it out yet. Watching free TV on Hulu was great, but coughing up 10 bucks is making me look the other way.

Agreed, get yourself a nice pair of headphones and good source material. I'm not even rocking lossless and I can hear the big difference in headphones.

@wild homes loves you but chooses darkness!: AFAIK, you can turn off Sense without rooting the phone.

@trs: I was worried about Touch Wiz 3.0, but honestly it isn't horrible. I can't speak for the widgets since I don't use them, but the layout is great. If the layout reminds you too much of an iPhone clone, just go to the Market and download ADW or Launcher Pro.

Good to hear. Picked up a Vibrant last month, but I'm always tempted to try out an N1 just because.

gonna miss Wave. Sure not a lot knew what to do with it, but I found a great use for it with my friends. I hope they reincarnate it some time in the future that's easier for the masses to use.

@N7: I had my reservations about Swype, until I tried it on the Vibrant. Sure there's a small learning curve, but it takes you all of 2 mins and now I can text faster then I did on my G1.
