thank's for the suggestions - I believe I will have to dig into the registry files to sort my context menus out though, but I will defiantly have a look around Google first.

I've tried CCleaner for this and couldn't see half the crap that is on my context menu. hopefully this app lets you do it also as my context menu on the desktop looks woeful.
