The problem is, when the iPad was released it sold like hot cakes and obviously every company wants to emulate this cash cow - which kills innovation. I'm just really looking forward to the day when something new comes out and I can get excited about a gadget again.

the nexus would look ridiculous if it could do that, it would have to have wheels and arms and weigh about a ton, not to mention what the battery life would be like. no, I would settle for optional glasses free 3d screen, or more buttons to make it better at playing games. when i use a windows machine i dont use a admin a/c so it's useful for that, instead of putting in a password every 5 seconds. I'm not to bothered about people getting into the machine, everything's encrypted to fuck and not important

It's probably the same as using a password in terms of bypassing it - but I'm sure it would serve to deter more people as they could tell your going out of your way to keep them out. they are quite convenient also.
