You Hank Hill’s father looking ass.
You Hank Hill’s father looking ass.
Fuck you, Mike Pence. You Hank Hill’s father looking ass. You god damn funeral insurance actor looking ass. You fucking hateful lego figure looking ass. Go to hell, you fucking parasitic worm wearing a white wig coming out of Donald Trumps asshole. I hope you fucking rot.
I’m still reeling from the news that Univision deleted that stuff from the original Gawker site. How can we fully trust this new Kinja if stuff like that can happen at any time?
Believe me, I’m right there with you.
I’m too burned out on this election to say something edifying so fuck this guy and fuck the other guy too.
She meant to visit a church but accidentally wandered into a Scientology center instead.
Jill Stein is a scientologist now?
The slim down solution hiding right in your kitchen...
Bingo! I think the whole push (by Parker, the cast and everyone else who has been vocal about it) to make people view this film as vital to the social justice education of the entire country (Parker: “If you’ve got injustice, this is your film!”; “We all need to heal!”) is disgusting. Especially considering the…
But I am shoe obsessed and I would like that 1k plz.
Right. I am not convinced by descriptions of the scene that it is not a convenient plot device, like so many rapes in films and tv shows.
I think the double standard may be more in how the media has handled Woody’s films versus Parker’s films. Because I think Woody is an awful person, and I won’t see his films. Period.
This is, by far, Gabrielle Union’s most high-profile project. She has never been in a film that could be characterized as a prestige piece. So, I understand that she is desperately trying to save the legacy of this film and her contribution to it. And, she has made some excellent points.
amazon has a pretty good nat turner doc streaming on prime right now!
the movie features a historically inaccurate rape scene written by two rapists. so, no, thank you.
What really gets me is that the rape depicted in the film is not a part of Nat Turner’s narrative. I know that rape was used as a weapon against slaves and I am not trying to diminish that at all, but I am really uncomfortable with the idea of watching a movie with a rape scene written by two men who themselves were…
I don’t like giving my money to rapists and homophobes, so I’ll pass on this thank you.
I support Gabrielle Union, but I’m not going to see this movie. I already know the story of Nat Turner, I’m already an activist, I’m already angry and heartbroken and working my ass off to change things. As a survivor, the fact that this movie has violence and rape in it, and was led by a rapist, means that this movie…
So .... Gabrielle Union thinks the “concerned 10%” should just hug it out and get over themselves, because there’s money to be made. How would she feel if her rapist was the one who directed and starred in this film?
No offense Gabrielle but I still ain't seeing it
