Rapinoe hasn’t played that well.  Was better against France than Spain and Sweden, but the reality is that only 1 of the 4 knockout goals was from run of play and that was a tap in.

I think he has if you look at his splits.  Running a sub 7 minute mile per 5k is really impressive.  I can’t imagine he hopped the entire course.  There must have been some time when he was running for a while.

While I get there’s something to having a world record, the reality is that he’s a really good runner for his age or any age. Being able to run sub 3:30 in your 70's is amazing and if that’s not good enough for him he’s a psychopath.  A 3:25 marathon puts you in the top 10% of all age groups in most races.
