The Wii U, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 are all capable of far better graphics than that first video is demonstrating. What that shows isn't that they can't handle a good-looking Watch Dogs... it shows either just an earlier form of the software that still had a long way to go, or simply lazy programming. The Oxford Comma is about as sensitive a subject as "pop vs. soda" (which should probably be "pop v. soda," but I can't help but think that abbreviation looks weird when not used in a court case). It depends on what style book you swear by or simply who you ask, but it pretty much comes down to personal preference.

Yeah... I agree that it picks up considerably after 13. Admittedly, they had to stretch the episodes out so that they didn't catch too up with the manga too much, but the second half was still pretty strong. It's better watched after it's all been released (as is the case now) so you don't have to wait for the next
