My comment is nearly the same as the person who was arrested for a bag of drywall. Arrest records show up in background checks. So, you might not be able to get a job because you were at the wrong place at the wrong time, or you have d*ck cop. Also, 10 months from arrest to trial, only to be found not guilty.
