the inside is a counter in red and white stripes while in-n-out is a counter in white with a single strip of red palm tree graphics. (according to the images in the article, I’ve never been to an in-n-out since I live among the corn) Doll’n looks more like five guys than in-n-out.

If you haven’t clicked through to the article, do it. The outside of the restaurant looks no more like In-n-out than a million other fast food places. Really feels like this suit is cause In-n-out thinks they bully a little guy.
