Do you have any idea if something like this would pass California’s strict requirements? I hear they check VIN stamps and match with motor and transmission before allowing it to be registered in the state.

I’ve seen this guy at several Canadian Gran Prixs and American Gran Prixs. His life’s purpose is to make these extremely detailed hats and have spectators admire him at races. He doesn’t even watch the race! He just stands around waiting to get attention.

The Spec B offered the extra solid 6 Speed transmission and axles which were only available on the STI at the time.
