You’ve earned it...

Alrighty, that is officially creepy.

Dellavedova is a cheap shake artist. Dirtiest handshakes in the NBA.

Also as a side note-I’m not so sure their God would be into the large amount of face make up Michelle is wearing.

Jim Bob is asking Jesus for advice right now, and Jesus is all

In my opinion, Chris Christie is the ideal candidate to be our next President of these great United States.

This is some of the stupidest PC crap i’ve seen in awhile. Phrasing is not going to make the reality different. Committed suicide, killed them self, took their life, made them self dead, intentionally ended living, quit living, gave up living, opted out of life. She is fucking deceased.

But she DID kill herself and the husband you mention DID kill himself. Why water it down? You are committing yourself to death. That doesn’t make the emotional or psychological circumstances less. But that is what happens. “Died by suicide”, “Died from leukemia”, “Died by homicide,” are three very different things.

Best practices for suicide reporting recommend not using “committed,” which sounds like a crime

We’ll disagree on some points there. “Completed suicide” makes far more sense. Suicide is the intention to kill yourself. Jumping off a bridge is the method. If we accept “died by suicide” then “died by fratricide/patricide/regicide” also becomes acceptable.

It remains an inelegant phrase. Died by suicide means “died by killing themselves,” it’s like saying died by fatality.

“died by suicide” has to be one of the sloppiest phrases I’ve heard in awhile. You commit suicide or you kill yourself. Suicide is a motive, not a method.

I think it’s kind of interesting when Facebook was first a big thing back in what, 2007 or so? Everyone was like “OH MAN I CAN KEEP UP WITH ALL THE PEOPLE I USED TO KNOW” and roughly a decade later, everyone seems to realize it’s best to just keep up with close company in more personal, non-social media ways. As a product of an NC high school, I feel your pain and have had similar thoughts. But some of them post funny videos, so I keep those folks around.

But the Noah guy showed determination post military, not courage. No one was socially against him doing cross fit. He gets cheered on to do that. No one was socially against Lauren Hill. She was cheered on.

I can’t help but think that the angry folks criticizing ESPN for giving Jenner the Arthur Ashe Award are the same ones who would have criticized ESPN for naming an award after Arthus Ashe in the first place.

I thought this one was pretty good.

The irony is that all the hate Caitlyn Jenner gets over this just shows how much courage it took to go public in the first place
