Okay, for starters, I want to say that I have never *seen* a ghost. Maybe at least in part because I don’t want to, but there it is. I have, however, *heard* some things that have decided me to never ever ever live in a detached home again, because as long as I have neighbors in my same actual building, I have

It may have been consensual, but it absolutely is an abuse of power when someone in a higher position—like president—has an affair with someone in a lower position—like an intern. And even if both parties wanted the affair, he should have had the gumption to say to her that it’s not appropriate for them to have an

This is not a supernatural story and it does have a happy ending. (the other one posted here, my mom claims is supernatural).

There’s a cost to not going after these men when they’re less powerful. Like with a rat or termite infestation - the longer you wait to call the exterminator, the worse it gets. Eventually you’ll have to tear down the whole house to get rid of them.

Being a raging sociopath seems to be the only requirement to get into the current administration. No surprise they’re backing him up.

Anyone with a smidgen less entitlement would have withdrawn their name by now. This guys a fucking sociopath. A raging drunk sociopath.

In every photo, Jeff Flake looks desperately unhappy.

I want to make a "Lindsey Graham is a douchebag" tee shirt and wear it around D.C.

If Kavanaugh had just come out and said, “I don’t remember this, it’s possible it happened and I thought it was horseplay. I’m sad that Ford is sad,” he’d have been confirmed already.

This whole thing is seriously triggering for me.

Ford’s comment about laughter being the most hurtful detail she remembered really resonated with me, and I teared up when she said it.

Or, put another way: Crimes of sexual violence are the only case where you have to prove a crime was even committed, rather than who committed it.

I absolutely fucking hate him. I don’t know what else to say at this point.

If she spent some time carefully assessingher memories, she might find she shares more in common with Ford and Ramirez than she thought.

Right?  “He admired her very much” my fucking ass. Literally no one talks like that in HS.

I hate seeing these women sitting in these interviews. This is his problem not hers.

How relevant is his high school year book? Well, not at all. Unless, you know, he himself claimed his high school calendar was concrete evidence...

The older I get, the more the term hysterical provokes a cold, decidedly unhysterical, fury.

The phrase: “The mother of all meltdowns,” attached to Serena when male tennis players like Andy Roddick and the guy literally famous for his short temper, John Fucking McEnroe really REALLY puts into light how sexist tennis is.
