The Big Friendly Giant. I loved this book as a kid. Agreed. Took my 3 1/2 year old as his first movie in the theaters. Thought he’d get through maybe 20 minutes and that I’d be bored. He sat through a delayed start, the whole “first look” nonsense, then previews, THEN the whole movie. I laughed a lot and tried to explain the adult humor, he just enjoyed the cute…
