Definitely do not come to San Francisco. Its too expensive, over-crowded, homogenized & lost it’s soul. We have no store fronts except for restaurants and bars and the poor people who have been evicted from their homes have been forced onto the streets. You will pay $2000 per month to live with room mates.

I saw that Tempe was ranked #3 in the ENTIRE COUNTRY for quality of life and completely disregarded this study.
