Think like evergreen trees maybe...pyramid shapes that are mounted on on top of another and using gravity to have the salt water roll down...
Pyramid - make bigger hills....longer drag on surface area...
Maybe the pyramids - it creates a larger surface which causes rain to slide down a longer slanted travel route using gravity..the long narrowing tunnels to the inside ...interesting....I wonder what material was really on the outside and wonder also if salty rain could be produced..
