This could very well be the worst take on anything EVER

Just because you’re able to make a list of things that he didn’t do to her doesn’t mean that the thing he did do wasn’t toxic, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If someone treats you horribly at work, do you just think “well what a gentleman, he he didn’t even rape me once!”

Next time you go to your job, pick on of your coworkers and just go off on them. It might effect your performance review.

Keith David should replace every actor who does bad shit. Even that one movie last year when they replaced Kevin Spacy would have been 1000 times better with David instead of Plummer

Bateman has always come off as a jerk in interviews. He was on Colbert the other night repeatedly calling Will Arnett “Lady Will” and “Dame Will Arnett” because Arnett was shaken up after being in a taxi accident. He definitely came off worst out of everyone in that NYT interview. Maybe because he acts like an asshole

How many strikes are we going to give David Cross before people realize hes just a giant fucking asshole?

It’s astounding how none of those guys had a moment in that interview where they had hesitation about what they were saying.

I think this whole thing put a light on how so many men-no matter how hard they want to- just do not understand how things like this affect women on such a deep level, and starting from as young as we can remember. There truly needs to be more education. When I was in college, there was a big story on the news about a

OK, fair, fair, they’re off the hook. But the rest of the men besides Arnett and Cera, including Mitchell Hurwitz, screwed the pooch big.

Alia Shawkat did the right thing in that interview and backed up Walter. Also, Will Arnett did not join in the mansplaining. No reason to be mad at them.

I’ll read some gruesome detail in a news story that just stays in my mind forever, usually something related to an awful sexual or violent thing that someone did. But the fact that Jessica Walter was crying in the background by the end of the interview while everyone just talks over her and for her sticks in my mind

Cera must really be feeling like he dodged a bullet right now, sheesh

All of this just makes me want to give Jessica Walter a big hug. And maybe a stiff drink. Maybe several. It seems like something both Lucille Bluth and Mallory Archer would want in a situation like this.

Seriously though, Jessica Walter deserves better than that. Everybody deserves better than that, however Walter just

He’s grounded now. No phone or internet privileges. For at least a month.

believe me - nobody wants to do a press tour

And Portia de Rossi could have just showed up & got drunk & not really been involved with what was going on. (But still been hilarious).

And they could have kept Will Arnett silently sitting in the background. And allowed Michael Cera to keep waving his hands trying desperately to get people to pay attention to him.

Now playing

Yeah, especially since Cross wanted to apologize for his mistakes a la Krusty the Clown

Cera must really be feeling like he dodged a bullet right now, sheesh

Alternately they could have just sent the boys home to reflect on how they could have handled that better, and let Alia Shawkat and Jessica Walter continue the press tour.
