I know that the writers have planned his death since the beginning but I wish they had re-considered it. They kept the "And he loved Jane until his dying breath" line ambiguous enough. It could've just meant that he and Jane live a long, happy but not 100% perfect life together. There's so much other drama that…
Did anyone else think that Rogelio and Darci's argument about having more drama in their show (with Rogelio saying something about just wanting to do a show about a happy, well-adjusted married couple) was a meta comment about fan response to Michael's death while he and Jane were happily married?
That's true. My point was just that continuity and timeline consistency have never really been priorities for the X-Men movies. XD
Nah. The timeline's been botched since First Class. First Class contradicted a whole bunch of facts set up in the first 3 X-films (like, in the first X-Men, Charles said that he and Erik built Cerebro but in "First Class", it was Hank who built it. Charles also said that he and Erik met when they were 17 but in "First…
The timeline's botched anyway. XD
I'd be down for it!
I may be in the minority on this but I kinda don't want them to recast Wolverine… Maybe they could just use X-23 for future movies?
I liked it too actually. I just don't think it's all that great… The third act felt like it was from an entirely different film but the first 2/3rds were pretty good.
I'm sad that this is going to be Hugh Jackman's last film as Wolverine but, anyway, this movie looks really interesting and tonally different from all the other X-Men films. Really hope that we finally get a great Wolverine solo movie!
Make it the MCU's Bourne movie. Black Widow doing spy things and re-discovering her origins. We could even get flashbacks with Peggy Carter discovering the Black Widow program while investigating Dottie Underwood's background. We get three badass spy ladies in one movie! You're welcome.
My guesses on who else Mr. Hyde brought with him from the Land of Untold Stories:
- Dracula
- Captain Nemo
- Phileas Fogg
- Jim Hawkins and Long John Silver
- Tarzan
- Iron Man and Captain America
- Darth Vader
- Mowgli
- Winnie the Pooh
LOL. I do find it funny that almost every single villain wants to rule Storybrooke. Peter Pan wanted Storybrooke to be the new Neverland. Ingrid wanted Storybrooke to be her own personal snowglobe (where she can keep her two "sisters" trapped with her). Arthur wanted it to be the new Camelot. And then Hades wanted it…
Enjoyed this episode quite a lot but I felt like Robin's death wasn't as affecting as they wanted it to seem since Robin was barely even in this season. And whenever he was onscreen, the only thing they had him do was look confused by the things happening around him while holding his unnamed (at the time) baby. What a…
Could be. But didn't Peter Pan also say something about Belle not fully accepting him for who he really was? So I guess it's both of them?
Hmm. I'm not saying it was executed well but I thought that the whole point of this episode was to show that Emma had a problem with letting things go… so by letting Hook stay in the Underworld, she was making a conscious decision to move on. That's how it played out to me, personally. Hook coming back would pretty…
-It's weird how Emma, Regina and the other heroes didn't care about how Belle and her baby would get back to Storybrooke.
-Robin being slightly pissed at Regina for trusting Zelena with the baby was pretty much the most interesting to ever happen to their relationship (and by this I mean that the Robin/Regina…
Hmm. True, but I think that the difference between Regina, Zelena and Cora is that Regina has made continual efforts to right her wrongs and do good for others, even those who she has no real connection to while Cora has only done one good thing for two people she already presumably cared for (she didn't even try to…
Lana Parrilla, Rebecca Mader and Barbara Hershey made this episode for me!
Yeah. This episode was great but Cora really didn't deserve to move on to the "better place". She murdered a lot of people and was an incredibly evil person throughout her life so why did she get to be saved just because she finally reunited her two daughters? That made zero sense to me.
And in season 3, we saw Zelena using the silver slippers to travel from Oz to the Enchanted Forest
