Depends on more than just the ‘seasonal rating’. There are bad winter tires, bad all season tires, and bad summer tires too. Everyone makes assumptions and often end up with the wrong tires or giving bad tire advice as a result. (Faced this with a lot of customers, running performance cars on the street)

Selling cars is hard. For me, if I’m parting with a car, it is ideally to replace it with something else or to clear a redundancy in the fleet.
