An EV Mustang makes sense for the next re-design, as long as it is just one flavor and not *the* flavor of the next re-design.

I’m still wrestling with the idea of painting my Mach1 this color. I’m not sure it would fare so well on the contemporary design of the 1999-2004 Mustang, but maybe. Alternatively I’m looking at the new Twister Orange that was mentioned and the GT350's Avalanche Grey.

F8 Green is best green. (at least for the Charger).

Numbers, numbers are the next big thing!” - Cadillac

I’d be alright with it, if they called it Clydesdale. A workhorse, not a spry pony.

Another iPhone on wheels. No personality, no flair, just a thing doing a task with impressive specifications.

One can dream.

My suggestions, assuming, wifey is keeping the ‘Stang and no other kids are planned. You didn’t mention any requirement for a manual or RWD, but your previous cars support the notion that you like to row your own and send that power to the hind quarters.

Keep the BRZ if you love it, otherwise, move on and don’t look

The mistake I made when we had our daughter was I sold my E92 335i M-Sport because it was a pain to get her in the back seat and the rear-facing seat reduced passenger space.

Here is the thing though, that is a temporary problem. My kiddo is now able to load and secure herself into the car and she is comfy as anything

The only successful car in Cadillac’s lineup has a name, Escalade. Bring back names you fools!

In a production vehicle, if there is a rise in cost of 0.05$ per vehicle for something engineering and design cannot justify to the finance guys, it’ll get nixed. Since engineering and design teams are able, at least thus far, to meet cooling and aero requirements without such a design, it is unlikely to be approved

Cost and crash test regulations being the primary enemies to such a design.

I would agree the ‘low temp cooling’ circuit radiator is for the intercooler assembly, however I have seen additional, supercharger-only cooling circuits in-use before. Given that no other unit was called out as the air-to-water intercooler (a

I had an E92 335i coupe and LOVED it! Presently an xDrive wagon would make far more sense in my life, but they don’t offer the 335i/340i drivetrain in the North American market, with the wagon body style. A shame, I do love the coupe, but I already have a Mustang and would prefer the convenience of the longroof and

As a former 2016 ND owner, well put. If I bought another ND Miata, it’d be a 2019, but if I still had mine, I wouldn’t fuss the difference too much. I had already re-calibrated the ECM and gained 10-20hp in various points in the range (mostly down low and in the mid-range); up top the stock cam and springs weren’t

It is a ZJ. All XJ’s have a flat hood (no roll over bend at the front), as the header panel forms the radius into the grill.

Fun fact: The ZJ was originally designed to replace the XJ, as the ‘2nd generation’, but the ongoing XJ popularity and price disparity that grew between them as development drew to a close

They really need to work on their branding as by word of mouth, they sound like the manufacturer of fine Italian personal massaging apparatus.

Their bikes do look great and have some solid hardware. They seem cagey about publishing bike weight though, which is a concern, an their battery capacity is lower than Zero’s

Bought Jeep, check.
Bought lift, check.
Bought beefy bumpers, check.
Bought aftermarket wheels, check.
Bought aggressive tires, check.

Drove on the highway on said tires for 60k miles without a single rotation until bald as a badger’s ass, check.

It’s a Jeep thing.

Their build quality is actually quite good these days. Has been since about 2011.

David, if you want to give an FCA product a chance at redemption; discuss the FIAT 500. Not the Abarth, but a regular Sport, Pop, or Lounge. Some of the same faults as a Caliber, but with much more charm and merit.

The Caliber was shit. I drove one once when a family friend was in town and it was the worst car I’ve
