Well, the economic recession at the time sort of put paid to the NSX revival they had thought of doing with a roadgoing version of the HSV.

Ah yes, this. The fallout range from the warhead was larger than its maximum range...
I'd say those who aren't corrupt are too dumb to be corrupted as well...
A different gaming related example is that when some person here died of a heart attack here while playing a video game (don't have a link at the moment, sorry), instead of saying he died of heart failure, the newspaper headlines all made it look like the COMPUTER was responsible for the death. My parents latched on…
Seems like someone took the Mirror's Edge code without posting... well, thanks anyway! :)
No, the guy's helmet came off and hit the compressor fan before he did, jamming it. If it hadn't it would've ended the usual way.
And in any case, the GLA managed to beat the US into isolationism by the end of Zero Hour. Wouldn't that have been a first of a sort, where the usual "good guys" undeniably LOST?
Midtown Madness 2! It was fun and nimble in this game, if fragile. Also loved how it outperformed the Beetles despite using the same platform (even if that was a foregone conclusion).
Considered the pricing it's the Sport Classic of the 991 generation.
I'll go for the Savvy.
Simple fanaticism. I know a couple of people who insist JDM cars are the only cars worth driving and the only fast cars. Nothing you can do about them...
Hmm that brings back memories...
You should see the sort of paranoia over radio waves here in Malaysia. It's next to impossible to find out what's true and what isn't about the claims made anymore.
The background reminds me of this for whatever reason:
The game, the PS3, the racing kit, the factory tour and probably the taxes on them all.
Criterion's idea of "fun". Some suggest that it's a parody of some Bollywood movie they saw.
Every other time I was in a high speed cop chase in a NFS game my car got trashed, cop or racer.
Well, the cop chases aren't half bad (there are dedicated events where you have to evade them under a certain time), but those of you who enjoy being chased by improbably large amounts of cop cars like in Black Box's games will be let down.
And that's what they had in Hot Pursuit. I wonder if the kit will still be from the same manufacturers...
They suddenly said that instead of NFS they'd be working on something they'd never done before. They did take the time to quash the Underground reboot rumor though.
