Man, I can’t stand canned cranberry sauce. It’s way too boiled down and artificially gelatinous to me. I mean, I don’t really care what anyone else likes or eats, you just do you. But my personal preference shades strongly in favor of homemade sauce (I usually make my own every year).

Mine is made of cranberries, orange juice, chopped ginger, and mango. A lovely balance.
