That’s actually a hell of a lot for a 250. If you put a large (1800-2200 mah) battery in a 250 and take it VERY slow, you can get this, but most experienced pilots burn through batteries in a fraction of this time. I’ve used up a 1300 in as little as 90 seconds. Most I get these days is 4.5 minutes (flying under a

The frame looks solid, but I’m concerned with the placement of the motors. Also, if you do end up breaking the frame, it looks like a pain in the ass to service. I’m a big fan of modular arms for drones w/ plenty of extra carbon to protect the motors. A broken arm is a 5 minute fix.

15-25 minutes is unheard of for racing quads. Most average between 1.5 minutes and 3.5 minutes. For me it depends on the location. If I’m flying at a big, open field, I get less than 2.5. If I’m flying through trees at slower speeds, I can get about 4.5 minutes.

My racing drone puts out close to 100 amps at full throttle. Most drone pilots in this class (5" props) use 4-cell (16.8 volts fully charged) 1000-1800 mAh batteries. Drawing up to 100 amps out of a 1000 mAh battery is always going to drain it very quickly (1.5-3.5 minutes is typical). Most pilots cope by bringing

By definition, the value of something is what people are willing to pay for it.

Nothing is overpriced if people are buying it. It may be expensive, but CRK sells plenty of these.

Now playing

I personally recommend going with a Sebenza 21 if it’s your first CRK. The 21 (as opposed to the 25) has Reeve’s famous bushing-pivot, which allows you to crank down the pivot as tight as it will go without having to worry about dialing in the right amount of tension. The 21 also comes apart with a single tool instead

Rabbit Season

Clash of Clans has no doubt sucked up hundreds if not thousands of hours of my life. No regrets...

It's not only BT 4.0 that enables this. Macs also require a special wifi chip to use Handoff. My mid-2011 MacBook Air has 4.0, but no handoff. The Bluetooth section in System Report will tell you explicitly if it will work.

You would easily be able to tell the difference. Compare a pre-Retina iPhone to a Retina iPhone for the same effect. The difference is staggering.

In all fairness, 2001: A Space Odyssey is set in the PAST. It's 2014 now!

Yup! GI is definitely heaven on Earth.

Governors Island!

Am I the only person who could only think about the woman recording video in portrait mode?

I participated in this! Very very cool. The 2000 smartphone speakers playing at once was really surreal.

This is such a deal breaker for me. It's a shame, too, because I really like M5s and Mustangs.

And this guy loses his job in 3... 2... 1...

I'm getting a "We'll be back" on the Apple Store App.
