Yeah, and I really can't blame them. Right when they're hungriest, Bundlestars does an effective giveaway? Fan-fricking-tastic. We'll never know what really happened, two sides to every story, etc. etc. etc. (somehow Bundlestars had the keys in the first place, for example) but the whole mess sure stank, whatever

Yes! Literally no reason to get it for free while you can except Uplay!

I upvoted because I didn't know that, found it interesting, glad you posted it, etc. but…wow.

Nice, grats! I saw the terms for mastering a class and just thought "nope, never happening." (It probably didn't help that my first mech was a Dire Wolf; mastering the class would mean close to 40 million more credits.) If I play long enough, I'm sure I'll come around, but I've mostly been just focusing on a solid

Glad to be of service! I actually had that link lined up already because I was going to mention the soundtrack, too, and you beat me to it.

I've heard that more than any other single thing, that one little detail can make or break careers, behind the scenes. Someone told me that Ben Affleck's shot at directing Argo came at least partially because everyone thought they could work with him.

I get why some defend T1 over T2, but that right there is why T2 is one of my top ten action movies ever: clear cut rules for both sides that the movie never violates, and what makes it interesting is that the rules are asymmetrical, and lopsided.

"The important thing to remember here is that she got pregnant from their first time, and that he died like the next day."

There's something to be said for being *slightly* inhuman in an appealing sort of way, not deeply inhuman in an alarmed-double-take sort of way.

Still can't believe they got fricking Poirot to be the villainous Vaguely Arabic Something Guy.

Much agreed. He does a comprehensive job of bringing his gaunt weariness to every facet of every scene he's in. It's easy to overlook but there wasn't a single point out of place in his performance.

Siskel sounds like an absolute lunatic in that clip. "In, ahh, the planet that they're from" was something, and wanting to see the love story be its own movie, without this silly time-travel nonsense was just bizarre. (It's the whole story, Gene!) Plus, he looked like he was perpetually restraining himself from

This is one of those cases where Ayn Raynd was wrong and altruism *is* self-serving: if he turns to the forces of darkness, we're going to have our hands full thirteen years from now, give or take.

I keep *nearly* buying RE. It looks like a ton of fun but I've been burned by fun-looking would-be indie darlings before.

LRMs got me that goal, for sure. I didn't have to know where I was going or even really aim, just point in the right direction. My Orion LRM boat has 60 LRMs + Artemis and 1800 rnds in ammo, so murdering some poor light mech is bound to happen sooner or later.

No Walk Hard, either #sadtrombone

Second! First is now three and a half, and yesterday was his first day at preschool, which is dizzying.

…And now you have me noticing the Venn overlap between Trump and doge. "Much baby, what hair, so muscles, growth for eat sleep."

It's like the worst mobile game ever!
