I have a friend whom was lucky enough to be attached to a project where they got put through the ‘press junket’.

Really? I thought Beef had one of the better endings, especially when the previous episode or two were the ones that really felt like the plot had been led far afield.

it’s genuinely embarrassing that Rolling Stone gave these weirdos an article at all. They saw the “Catch me outside, how bow dat” girl make an insane amount of money off of perverts and thought they could probably do the same.

I triple-dog-dare you to say that to ANY casino bouncer in Clark County. Film it, please.

Starfield was not ghosted, it wasn't deserving.

That’s part of the issue. The other issue is that there’s just nothing interesting to find. BGS made a handful of unique POIs, then copied and pasted them across thousands of planets. Once you realize this, the appeal of exploration goes out the window because you know you’re just going to “discover” things you’ve

“Sorry I dunno, I was just the Adam Driver, you want to ask the Adam Director.”

You don’t know much about Vegas, only what the media shows you. Many people live there because of the cost of living (no state income tax being a big benefit) and many other reasons that have zero to do with the hospitality industry.

I honestly hope so.

Hey, I found those “quests” to be incredibly endearing, made them feel like real people.

I’m actually predicting that the whole thing with Zack will be a complete red herring where it spends the whole game lampshading some massive twist, but when it comes down to it the expected twist never comes and it turns out the *actual* twist is that they’re still following the original game’s story beat for beat.

I thought I was the only one wishing that they’d just stuck to roughly the original story without all this convoluted multiverse timey-wimey stuff, but I guess it’s good to see that I’m not alone after all. I didn’t have the deep emotional attachment to FF7 that many do, but how did they take more than 25 years of

RE2, RE4, Dead Space, half a dozen other remakes along with upcoming ones like Persona 3, Super Mario RPG...all of these show it’s entirely possible to remake a game without going bonkers wild with some garbo new story. I wish FF7 had done the same.

Live service games as they are currently made are a blight on gaming anyways. Let these games die.

Stop trying to pretend subjective opinions are actually objective. IDC what a pro opera singer/voice coach thinks, I still won’t like the song.

Definitely not alone here, in my opinion this is easily the single worst cover on the list. It's fine that other people like it, but to me it's like nails on chalkboard.

Yeah, those two pretty much discredit the entire list.  Sure, some people think the originals are untouchable, but you could find 2,500 covers worse that AAF or Disturbed.

Pearl Jam’s “Last Kiss” is good and Alien Ant Farm’s “Smooth Criminal” was a lot of fun. Why are they here?

I’m convinced that the editors of the AV Club sincerely have zero taste based on AAF’s cover of Smooth Criminal being on this list.

At least 2 or 3 songs on this list are actually good covers though.
